Match the ride to the client’s municipality, mobility needs, and trip purpose before scheduling. For an insured client, use the transportation or member-services contact on the current plan card. Ask whether the trip is covered, who books it, how much notice is required, and whether wheelchair transport or an attendant is authorized. Get a trip number and return-ride instructions.
